Thank you for opening this place AND for using compostable materials! We can't tell you how much we appreciate the fresh and healthy and fun AND delicious plant based foods. We discovered you three days ago and have come back twice. Prices are reasonable and online ordering is easy and accurate with the updated specials each day and that is so appreciated. The veggie tuna wrap was fantastic, as was the gyro with fresh potatoes/fries. Treated our selves to a PB frozen yogurt cup which definitely did not disappoint. Looking forward to trying more of your menu and specials too!

I’ve been vegan for over 4 years, and there have been really limited clean vegan eats options on Long Island. Just discovered this place and all I can say is WOW. Tried the loaded nachos special and it was amazing! I can’t wait to come back and try everything else. I’m also gluten free and there were soo many options!

Best vegan sandwich on long island! What an incredible spot, this is EXACTLY what we always wanted nearby! Stop reading this and get to Rock n Roots asap!!! 10/10 cant wait to come back!!!! Great people with a dream, serving healthy foods to people so they can fulfill theirs! The jackfruit panini was the best Ive ever had. The eggcellent eggplant was out of this world with really unique ingredients that perfectly complimented one another! We also got the WILD avocado pudding that was perfect for my sweet tooth! AND we haddddd to get some of the vegan tuna to go. So nice to be able to take some home and make quick easy sandwiches ????!!!! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! This vegan restaurant was NECESSARY for long island!
