Wish I had read the reviews for this franchise before I ordered. Didn’t want to use the app because it was saying it was going to take over an hour so I called in my order instead. Told me 15 minutes, took over 30 and they charged me almost double the price telling me that they do not honor the online pricing if you don’t use the app. Won’t be back here again.
I ordered pizza from this location but there was a hair in it which was by mistake of course. So I called and they were so nice to actually replace the pizza and come to my home and deliver it. I would definitely order again. Great customer service, they actually listened to me and fixed the issue.
Usually ok. This time, the bacon on the pizza was under cooked and the meatballs or sausage smelled spoiled. Everyone who ate the “meats” pizza got sick. No more! Just terrible!
