Rocco's Pizza

I ordered a 10 piece dark mix with jo jos over a week ago, got home to discover I had been shorted chicken so I immediately called to let them know, the guy who answered remembered me ( I'm 3 minutes away) was very apologetic and said I would be sent a gift card the next day for my inconvenience, I have never received my gift card, having spent almost $19! for chicken and jo jos only to be shorted,then for them to not follow through is very disappointing. This experience as well as rudness by employees answering the phone like they would rather be doing anything else than taking your order ( which helps pay their salary), this used to be the place to go but the employees at this location should not be in the customer service industry. I will not be back.

Always get a pizza when I am back in town. Unique and unrivaled flavor. Love the grease!

This time it was a 3 star rating. I bought 2 sheet pizzas for my son-in-law's deployment party. Too much bread. BUT... I've had the large(?)/XL(?) pie several times. Simply fantastic. Better crust under the toppings. Next time, THAT'S the way I'll go.
