The staff was very nice. However I didn’t receive the complete meal that I paid for. I was missing two chic fil a sandwiches and no one answered to fix the problem. So I am an angry customer. How can I be compensated for this? It did take awhile to receive the food so I thought it would be correct.
One of the best Chick-fil-A's we've been to. It has a take out/self-service side and dining in/full service side. Love the dining in section (like a full on restaurant); service is excellent. Food is presented well. Clean location with friendly staff. Bigger parking lot than other Chick-fil-As. However, it does not have a kid's playground.
We were sitting in dining room for full serve, took the server at least 15 minutes before coming to take order. We let her know we had to leave in 45 minutes. After 30 minutes, no food. Asked they apologized said it should be ready soon. We waited 5 more minutes then had to leave. This is a repeat of last week. We were hoping it was only a one time occurrence. But we will not be returning unless they get new management.
