Krystal

I ordered 24 plain Krystals and had to wait 30 min for them. The young guy at the window was pleasant but the good experience stopped there. The young woman who had to make them had such a terrible attitude and I heard the snide remarks she made from the window, "They need to take they *expletives* home" etc. Once the food was brought out, she never said good night, thank you, nothing. Even after we extended a pleasant "Thank you have a good night" DESPITE the wait. I "finally" make it home to eat and she had loaded the sandwiches up with ONIONS, no pickle, no mustard just what looked like a half a pound of onions on each sandwich. It's not the customer's fault you don't want to be there and we should not be mistreated in that manner in which she did. She was rude, unprofessional and classless, whatever issues she was having I hope they were resolved but paying patrons should not have to suffer through personal issues.

The manager/cashier was very rude. Nobody answered drive thru. We waited at least 5 minutes before driving around the building to seee if anyone was there. We saw an employee and headed back to the drive thru. Finally got an answer and was asked to give them a minute. We waited another 10 minutes before saying something. They finally took our order. We got our food and asked the cashier "Are you here by yourself, sweetie?" The cashier said no she was using the restroom. She went further to to say she was annoyed that we kept saying hello into the mic.

My food was not correct as I ordered this visit. No cheese on my eggs or in my grits, both plates had bacon instead of one having sausage, and the toast I got (instead of the biscuit I ordered) was barely even toasted. The service is hit or miss here, with speed (rushing customers through once they reach the window) often trumping accuracy. I do not like to hold anyone up that's behind me in line but I will check my food because it is not being given to me, and I want what I pay for.
