River Rock Dining and Lounge

This was by far the worst service I have ever experienced. My friend and I were staying at the hotel (which was fine overall- not spectacular but fine enough) and we decided to just eat at the restaurant for the convenience of it. Long story short, we had awful service, staff had terrible attitudes, and we waited over an hour and half for a pizza to split. The servers that were working were really rude and slammed bills on the table, never asked how things were, never apologized or updated us on the wait, and never came over to refill our drinks. We were not the only ones to be upset and when someone did voice their frustrations with the staff, the waitress argued with the woman! It was terrible and I would never recommend this restaurant. Terrible service with mediocre food.

Absolutely awful. First there was a bug on my pillow. Then my sister got poked by a wire sticking out of the carpet. And then when I went to rinse off after swimming in the pool, the water came out yellow. I was disgusted. Not to mention that there was mold in some of the rooms too. And the wait at the restaurant is awful. The windows are disgustingly dirty and the rooms are small. I also found somebody’s hair in the bathroom of the room I stayed in. I know it wasn’t mine, or my mom’s, or my sisters since we all have curly hair and the hair I found was straight. 100/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Looks like a restaurant. Is just a hotel buffet where you make your own damn waffles. But there's a sign that says Please Wait to be Seated. And then no one comes. And finally I ask hotel staff for help. Then a person in very dirty clothes and a half unbuttoned shirt comes out of the back and she is nice I guess but so grubby. And not a server. There is no service. But you get a bill for $7 . Which is fine for hotel buffet. I guess? I waited and waited for her to come back so i could pay. I wandered around the empty "restaurant " and watched ducks and possums on the broken raggedy dock out back in the garbage riddled river slime. Finally she came back and i gave her a $10. I waited and waited. I have to check out sooonnnn.... She never came back with my change. Hell if I'm going to hunt her down again. It's not worth $3.
