Rise is a unique dining experience. The menu is primarily composed of soufflés - savory and dessert. We started with the marshmallow soup. It’s a creamy tomato base with light fluffy not-so-sweet mallows on top. It’s excellent. We shared everything and I would recommend it. The portions are large and we were full just splitting. Next, we had crab meat soufflé which was a special. Excellent - especially when combined with the bread served to your table. We finished with bananas foster soufflé - another special. 10/10 - so dang good. Would highly recommend Rise! Would be a great stop for just dessert too. Our server was really nice and helpful, too.
The food was really delicious. I has the truffle mushroom souffle was great! The service was amazing. There's a wide variety meal choices, souffle, salad and entrees. The atmosphere is beautiful. Vegetarian options: There are options without meet. Parking: There's ample parking.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stellar service, fresh flavors and great ambiance for a Saturday brunch. Pro tip if you're big on texture you may want to split a souffle before committing to a full one yourself. Souffles take about 20-30 mins to cook so be patient. If you're hungry try the cheese plate! They also give you fresh bread for the table. Salad Niçoise was fresh, layers of delicious flavor and filling. French press coffee was bold and smooth. What great start to the morning. *Also their patio is dog friendly if you're wanting to spend some time with your pup! Vegetarian options: Multiple lacto-ovo vegetarian options in the entrees and soufflés. Kid-friendliness: High chairs available. Parking: Location is in a shopping complex so there is plenty of parking. Saturdays are busy so you might need to park a bit away. Dietary restrictions: Pescatarian and lacto-Ovo vegetarian friendly. I believe the only vegan option is the "Rise Salad".
