First of all, the dinning experience is exceptional. The food is amazing. The cold cut sampler is freshly prepared, high quality meat and cheese; but be aware, do not eat them all, save room for entree and dessert. Casarecce with octopus is strongly recommended, the octopus might be one of the best octopus you had in your life; tenderness and toughness of the octopus is at a magical balance point. Shrimp pasta is another story, the flavor blasts in your mouth as soon as you take the first bite. Try olive oil cake as dessert, the cake itself is less flavored; but when you eat the cake with vanilla cream or berries, flavor will be boosted by the cake. Service and dinning environment is also outstanding. The excellency of the service start at the door, complementary valet parking and kindly greeting. Waiter and waitress really know menu well, they are very helpful.
Never been to a restaurant so close to their opening that was operating so smoothly! The service was fantastic, cocktails were incredible, and the food was outstanding. Each course was a treat, and the bone marrow luge with a tasty sherry was over the top fun.
very disappointing. Ordered the bistecca alla fiorentina medium rare but texture was very "chewy". The pasta was average. The kitchen on a sunday night was disorganized even though the restaurant was 25% full - execution of delivery of all plates/courses was very poor. Some big names behind this restaurant but the overall experience, both food and service, was underwhelming.
