Fantastic food enjoyed every bite. Nachos we're great as well.
Time tested, fresh and refreshing food with Southwest American influences. If you are hungry you will love the value you get for what you pay. In other words, you will leave more than full, and refreshed. With a salsa bar to pick your favorite flavor and heat, this Cupertino classic is one of my favorite places to dine or grab more than a bite to go. Vegetarian options: Fresh ingredients and very accommodating to dietary needs and preferences. Kid-friendliness: Kid food options such as cheese quesadilla and chicken tender tacos.
I've been going to Rio for over 10 years. The owner and staff are very friendly. The food & margaritas are excellent. I've never ordered a dish I didn't like. The only thing that could make this place better is if they served breakfast :)
