Wow does this place have disgusting employees ????. I ordered some lemon with to go with my water and the waitress (Lina) gave it to me in this dirty container that had residue of something else (I don’t think even that container was used for that ????????????, maybe for food) but what they should do is throw it away if it does not come off with dishwashing soap ????????????. How underwhelming and disappointing is this restaurant, I live in the area and thought I found a place to go for Latin food but no. Besides that screw up of container, I ended up ordering Mofongo with Chicharrones (pork rinds) but what they gave me was cooked fat. It wasn’t crispy at all. I had to keep my composure to not throw up the fat in my mouth off one bite. I washed it down with a Passion fruit juice but that was disappointing too, it lacked the sweetness that is passion fruit, it was more tart (don’t know if they used an unripened passion fruit. Anyway they need to step it up. Yes, I could’ve thrown a fit

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE TWO LADIES THAT WORK THE COUNTER "ALEJANDRA" ! DO NOT EAT THERE ! Both ladies at the front counter refused giving me their names after taking my debit card 2 times over the phone and their system having system errors and was not printing the receipt but I still was seeing the charges in my end out of.my account. Alejandra charged my card 2 times and when I told her I had the charge on my side she denied sending me food after charging my card 2 times over the phone and simply hung up on me as she was in a rush. I had to get up and drive to the store and show them and stem seeing the charges in my account they still said it was not true because the receipt never came out and declined me the food again. Now I have 2 charges to my account (which are on my statement) and still no food. The drivers that deliver to me so much know me by name and ended up seeing me there and paying for my meal and the charges were never declined or stopped and went through. N

The most disgusting mofongo I’ve had in my life. Watery, they mixed green plantains with maduros. I didnt even know what it was. Yuk. I spend $40 bucks in garbage. Had to throw it away.
