Ricky's Pancake House

Seated our party of 10 on Mother's Day with barely any staff, in such a tiny place, and with very little wait time. Showed real teamwork and skill. The family was so greatful for their service and really impressed by the diverse menu! So many choices. Wonderful staff, great food. Our first time going, but I loved how all the servers knew their regulars. We will totally go here again.

Decent food, mediocre coffee, meh service. Personally I'd make sure my restaurant was actually good before slapping my face and name on the front.

I paid for an online order for 2 house scrambles, grits, pancakes and a strawberry blitz. I decided to pick it up myslef since I didn't live far. I went to the pick up counter and was told my order was the bag in front, I checked the tag and sure enough it had my name and items listed. I get home and discovered we had the 1 order of pancakes, grits, strawberry blitz and some biscuits and gravy that I didn't order/want. I drove back to the restaurant and was told I missed a bag, mind you I was only told I had 1. The 2nd bag did not have any ticket on it nor did the 1st bag that I picked up indicate that it was bag 1 of 2. The placed was packed so i couldnt take them all out to check so I went home a 2nd time and sure enough another item was missing and one I didn't ask for. I didn't receive the 2nd house scramble that I paid for, instead I received scrambled eggs and hashbrowns. Whoever is bagging online orders needs to pay attention to the items listed on the tickets and properly label
