Papa Johns Pizza

Was visiting from out of town and picked up an order here on my way to run another errand. The store was clean and the employees were friendly. The breadsticks weren't the prettiest thing ever but they tasted fine, and my order was made completely correctly. I see there are several negative reviews on here but my experience was great.

I usually go pick up my order, but this time I thought that I would have it delivered. I ordered a small pepperoni and sausage at a cost $12.50. After door dash and a $2.50 tip I spent around $22. I could have went to a nice restaurant for that. Not doing anymore deliveries from that place. I don’t want some 3rd party handling my food and charging me $5 to do so.

Megan is the worst manger ever. I usually order from this store all the time but I will never order from here again!!!!! My pizza took an HOUR TO GET TO MY HOUSE. When I called to get an explanation Megan acted like she never seen my order or even delivers to my address. I order from this store ALL the time and never had an issue before all she had to do was take accountability and she refused to now I’m going over her head with this issue that could have been resolved with a simple apology.
