Reviews for Rick Erwin's West End Grille

I ordered ribeye, I think they brought me NewYork Strip, and it taste like NY strip (lean, not much fat), it’s also burnt on the top and bitter. I asked waitress, she confirmed it’s ribeye. Obviously the chief does not know what he is doing. Hubby ordered lamb, and it’s very tough. We’ve eaten at many upscale steakhouse across the states and this is the worst to be honest, and I feel compelled to write this review to alert other people when ordering.
I had a really nice dinner in the bar area. My drink was really good. I also had the vegetarian crab cakes. The staff was super nice. Next time I'm in town, I will be back.
An antiquated, boomer restaurant that forgot how to cook. Steak was incorrectly cooked twice, Cacio y Pepe was lacking two of the four ingredients that the dish requires, and everything was incredibly underwhelming. I've dined at Rick Erwin's before but never again. The only saving grace of this restaurant is the Au Gratin potatoes -they were incredible. Fun note, after sending back a dish I was charged even more on the reciept than originally charged with the dish. Our waiter seemed to only want to argue this point.
