There is such a huge language barrier and they need to work on that, respectfully. I called on three different occasions because I wanted to cater some food for an event and cannot communicate with anyone on the phone. I tried to get pricing and I tried to get serving sizes, but we could not seem to understand each other. Finally, I tried one last time and I asked if I could place an order online to which the lady began to fuss at me and all she said was, “no, no, no” and hung up the phone. When I called back they wouldn’t answer the phone anymore. It’s extremely frustrating and I definitely don’t understand why they wouldn’t try to mitigate the issues that the language barrier is creating and work on some better communication tactics or request some type of support. Nonetheless the food is good, but the service is not.

Ordered food through door dash and was missing around $20 worth of food from a $60+ order. Wouldn't have been so bad if I hadn't called the location 3 times and was hung up on each time whenever trying to politely explain the situation. Then upon arrival and showing the receipt, was asked to pay again for said items that were already paid for and when I asked if they got left behind I was only prompted to pay. Customer service was terrible and made no attempt to help resolve the issue. I will not be ordering here again to say the least.
