Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

I love Freddy's and normally don't ever have a problem with them. I also don't go to the one on Litchfield but rather the one on Bell Rd. Today was the worst. Cold fries and a very simply flat burger that looked like this food was sitting for someone else and didn't get picked up or something. Just making a comment so the workers can make sure your serving fresh food for people who are already paying over priced $ for fast food. Very disappointed in my lunch today.

Ethan 1.0 and the crew, Sunday evening on 09/25/2022, gave great service and went above and beyond being polite, smiling and willing to help. My wife and I usually frequent a competitor but after our experience tonight, this will be our preferred choice. The food was excellent at a good value. We ordered the chicken tenders meal with pickles with two concrete mixers and it was delicious! Great food and great service! Thank you Freddy's for staffing such fine employees! I had an amazing experience here at this Freddy’s location. The employees (Gianna, Rocky, Rachel, Ethan, Maya, and Valerie) were absolutely outstanding. Some Friends and I went to eat there and it was one of my friends birthdays and they were extremely funny and kind making jokes and even went as far as singing happy birthday. Normally Fast Food Employees aren’t very joyful and hate their job and these group of kids enjoy their jobs and have fun working which is rare. By far the best experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant 10/10
