This was mine and my husbands first time here. We both really enjoyed it. You get this sort of exclusive vibe about the rooftop restaurant because you really wouldn’t know there is a restaurant there unless you were online searching or in the store. The restaurant itself is like a greenhouse atrium. Very airy and relaxing. The service started off good but could have been better towards the end. I was slightly disappointed that there is not a full service bar, just a limited menu. The menu was so simple but each dish we ordered was so delicious and flavorful! The simplicity of either a gelato or cookie to wrap up your meal was nice. We chose the latter and it did not disappoint! I was taken back by them coming back to our table with all of our debit card information on it and relating that their card reader isn’t working at the moment. I do not like my information passing through multiple hands freely like that. That’s a no-no to me. I thankfully had enough cash on me to pay instead

The place is terrific visually. You can’t go wrong with the ambiance of this place. But I will tell you this their food is reheated pre-made food. I had the truffle fries and the burger. The burger tastes like a reheated patty you would have from a chain restaurant the next day. I couldn’t eat more than two bites before asking them nicely to take it away. They sent a manager to ask what was wrong with it, and I explained, “it tasted like it was reheated.” “First of all, you did not let me choose if I wanted it medium-rare or medium you said there was only one option.” I was advised that you can’t select your cooked meat, and even for their steak, they only had medium, which made no sense. Both the manager and the waitress told me that the kitchen was freshly prepped. So I asked if I could see the kitchen because I didn’t believe them they refused to let me, which I understand from a health standpoint.
