The gem of this restaurant is the Perry’s famous porkchop. This was amazing in that it was lean yet flavorful with the sweet carmelization and the succulent meatiness of the different cuts of the chop. Ordered the 4 course menu especially curated for their 44th anniversary. The leafy green pear and pecan salad was wonderful. The acidity of the vinaigrette dressing against the tart pear and candied pecans was great contrast in flavors and textures. I was disappointed with the steak tater tots. The steak was very sparse and since the tasting menu only had 2 pieces, it was far from the pictures i saw on their website. I was also disappointed with the bread, which was dry, hard and seemed a bit stale. Nonetheless, the overall star was the porkchop and will stick to that as my main focus. The service was very good and nicely timed for each course.

Classier than I expected. I’m not much of a meat person I went for my wife’s birthday and she wanted to try this place for the longest time. And for me, someone who doesn’t eat much meat says a lot about how great of an experience it was being here. Our waiter Casper did a phenomenal job recommending items from their menu. He made sure everything was perfect from the food, to the drinks.
