If you sit in the bar, the service is slow. We have tried it 3 times. When we sit in the family dinning area the service has been much better. I like the food, but I wish the fresh we were hot, sometimes they are cold. Sometimes we have really great service and it makes us feel good about going out to dinner.
Our server, Billy was great, the young lady who brought our food was wonderful as well. Food flavors were yummy too. The two reasons I didn't give a five star review was because of the size of the burgers. I was a bit under impressed with the quantity. For the price of the burger and the size of it I walked away feeling underserved. The endless fries are always good, but the main course is what I went in for. The second reason was the manager. It wasn't like he was rude to us in anyway, he just lacked a sense of friendliness.
This place has been a solid go to for nice Burgers and other sides. Out of all the visits my family has had the past couple years, not once have we experienced poor service or disappointing food. I do want to add I don't suggest their pizza's and stick to the Burger selection. Kid-friendliness: Staff usually make it fun for children. Parking: Always find proper amount of parking spaces!
