Our family has been to C.J.Palace many times over the last few years...Every time, my families dining experience was Wonderful. The food is always great, the Wait Staff always Wonderful and attentive and the establishment always clean. We recommend C.J.Palace to all we talk to. Today our Sushi Chef was Ricardo, a newly added member to there staff, although you'd never know it. He was there for our every need..before we needed it. All he prepared for us was really spot on..in taste and presentation . Great job!!
Sushi was awesome. The Chinese menu was great. Mongolian Beef was flavorful
For a Chinese/Japanese fusion restaurant the sushi was surprisingly good. The mussels were a highlight of the meal. The service was good and our waiter was attentive.
