Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

We waited a while for our food. When we finally got our order it was cold. It had been sitting on the counter. I asked to speak to a manager. A few minutes later a woman came to our table. She said "did you want to speak to a manager?" I replied "yes, are you the manager?" I might be wrong but I think she should have introduced herself. After she heard what we had to say. She that she would take care of the bill. That they were short staffed. She never offered to replace the meal. I went to eat good food. I can pay for my own meal. There was also 3 people at the front desk not doing much of anything. I'm sure they know how to clear tables. Everyone should have been pitching in. As we were leaving more staff were coming into work.

Burgers are decent but their grill dish is a bit disappointing - overly charred and it tasted bitter.

This place was a wonderful experience and if you haven't been to Red Robin in a while, (several years?), in addition to their old favorites. You'll find quite a selection of new items. The wait staff at this location were very friendly and attentive. even though they were preparing to close. We ordered several endless items in anticipation of actually wanting additional rounds, but we filled up on floats which were very good as usual. I would absolutely recommend coming here if you like burgers and endless fries. The fries were amazing, but we got the garlic upgrade version and the side of cheese "fondue" as well. It was just a cup of melted cheese with bacon in it, but very good nonetheless. Thanks for taking care of us ladies, we really appreciated the service and attention to our float NEEDS.
