Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

We ordered food to go , and after checking items in the car , an entire meal was missing and a plain burger for our dog. We went inside and the manager was very sorry for what happened. And made the order complete. I was not mad and demanding a refund, instead I offered to pay for the extra food. Twice he refused. I did not want him to think he oued me food and was trying to take advantage of a free meal, In which I know a few people who do that. Honestly is the best policy. People do make mistakes. The staff was very polite & I felt like they meant their apologies. The food was very good.

8/10/2023 It's fine, the restaurant is clean, the servers are reasonably nice, and the burger is fine. But like most chains, it feels like most other burgers at most other places. I don't think you'll be disappointed, you just may not be wow'ed either. It's not my first visit, probably not my last so that's pretty good I would say. FYI, they have all you can eat fries but they don't assume you want more, you have to ask.

Couple options that can be made vegan. Ordered the impossible burger with lettuce 'buns'. Onion rings are vegan. And delish. They have a veggie burger as well.
