Buffalo Wild Wings

I like this place. They have a more diverse menu than expected. I find the prices very fair, the workers pleasant and willing to take extra time to please you. Good atmosphere and portions are ample. No complaints.

Food was delicious as always and the wings were extra saucy. The only BWWs I've ever been to where you had to seat yourself. Only 3 waiters, including the bartender, on the floor. Most tables sat empty with food on them from previous patrons. We waited 20 minutes before our order was taken, which was no fault to Katie, as she was the only one working the bar area. Boneless Thursday during Match Madness, there needed to be more bodies on the floor.

My visit to Buffalo Wild Wings was highly disappointing. It took an incredibly long time, around 35-40 minutes, for my friend and me to receive our food. When it finally arrived, it was served cold and missing part of the order. Despite requesting a remake for one dish, both plates were taken away without offering any alternatives or checking if my friend wanted anything else. The service was lacking, with our server only checking on us a very few times throughout the entire meal. The food itself was mediocre at best, on par with what you would expect from a fast-food chain. The restaurant's interior was somewhat dirty, and our table had a sticky residue on it when we were seated. Overall, it was a disappointing experience that left much to be desired in terms of service, food quality, and cleanliness. This was our second time of Buffalo wild wings. It was our second bad experience. We did speak to the manager and he offered a gift certificate to come back and try it but we felt like i
