We met some friends here. She is gluten free and Red Robin does a good job with that. Food was great and the request for extra crispy fries alway pleases everyone at the table. It was Tuesday night which is $.99 kids meal night. Our waitress had very cute face paint on for the kids. My friend is gluten intolerant, so had a burger without a bun. I had a Whiskey River burger that was awesome. We had bottomless fries with campfire and ranch. Very yummy. Red Robin never disappoint. Kid-friendliness: It was Tuesday night which is $.99 kids meal night. Our waitress had very cute face paint on for the kids. Dietary restrictions: My friend was gluten intolerant so she had a burger without a bun. They wrapped her burger in lettuce instead. She was VERY happy!
We had a large group, but they kept seating people for our server. It took 30 minutes to get drinks which were rarely refilled. Our food was fine and came out as ordered once we got to order 45 minutes into our seating. We then had to wait over 30 minutes for our checks, to go containers, and never got the refills we asked for. It seems that the staff lacked training and a team mentality. Everyone was very siloed and it lead to us having to endure a 2.5 hour meal at a quick service burger restaurant. Very disappointed.
