Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Our server was Landin and he was amazing!!! Very attentive engaged and very friendly. He was always smiling and never seemed “bothered” with any requests we made. The manager didn’t hesitate to check on us and make sure we were doing good too. The food is always a hit. Burgers are great and the endless sides are a bonus!!! Kid-friendliness: My 2 year old got restless toward the end of our visit and started climbing on the booth wall and even though I tried to contain them they never yelled or ridiculed us for his behavior

It was really great! The service was good and I loved my food. But my Mom had some chicken that she said was rubbery and weird. She mentioned it and they compensated it for us. So it was great but we just wish the chicken was good in the first place. … More

Hit or miss, you either love it or hate it, depending on your waiter/waitress. Myself I've never been pleased, after going 3x's. my son's gotten food right away everytime until this one. but managers do try to make it up after you've waited an hour and a half because your server screws up. Had a big group for a party and reserved their party room. Put us at 2 separate tables in there room, 2 different waitresses. one table was completely done eating before the 2nd table even got their food. Manager did apologize and give 2nd table a discount, still didn't change the fact we were late for the after dinner games. Again, hit or miss.
