Unbelievably horrible food and service... Ordered the new Pretzel Bacon Beer-Cheese Burger to go and what I received was a culinary and health code nightmare! The burger bun was burned so badly it looked like charcoal on the bottom, a nice thick layer. The cheese sauce was ice cold to the touch, fresh from the fridge and not heated a bit. The worst part was that the top of the bun and the burger wrapper were covered in guacamole and other ingredients that were not from my burger, disgusting... I can only imagine what it looks like inside their kitchen. I went inside to politely ask for my money back and had to deal with about 4 completely incompetent employees before someone whom I assume was the manager finally came out and told me she would get me a refund immidiately, she only needed my name and she would be right back with a receipt. I waited 20 minutes, no one ever retuned and the 4 employees in the lobby just stood there chatting and playing on their cell phones never once asking

I haven't eaten at Red Robin in awhile, now I remember why. I got a burger and said no bacon put the bacon on the side so the other person I was with could eat it. Jewish and haven't eaten pork my whole entire life. What do you know they put the bacon right on the burger. I didn't have time for them to make me a new one since I was running late for previous engagement. I also ordered sweet potato fries which came out so crispy because they overcooked them. During my visit. I will not be back, the restaurant wasn't busy enough to have this many mistakes happen. My friends fish and chips she said were so overcooked but didn't want to send them back because she's seen what happens on too many videos when you send food back. Very disappointing experience.
