I love Katsu Burger but they are STINGY with their sauce portion. I asked for extra sauce and the container was maybe 25% full and thats being generous. Their curry fries are so dusty they need to learn fry to sauce ratios.
This was a fun and interesting place to try. I'm just not sure it's something I would personally continue to go back to. I thought the meals add up really fast to where it might not be worth it to me. Although the portions were plenty big. In my opinion I would like an option for half the fries and not pay close to $5 for a side. I thought the sauce on the burgers were not used enough which was another disappointment.
I love that I live near Katsu Burger now! I used to live down south and the closest one was in SoDo, now I’m just a five minute drive away! Definitely a little on the spendy side, but that seems to be the case everywhere now. Definitely worth it, I got the Samurai burger and added pepper jack cheese… ended up in a food coma for three hours! Staff was great too. Highly recommend it!
