This place is awesome! Its a must visit on a weekend or a Friday night! Food is amazing, best Red Robin ive ever been to! Everyone is really nice!
We have gone to this location multiple times and we never had a problem. Unfortunately, the quality of the food and service has gone down hill. Our waiter stopped by one time to our table to get our order. The rest of the night was us trying to get his attention. Second, we spoke to two different workers asking for utensils and neither one of them came back. Also, good luck trying to get your drink refilled or get another order of their bottomless fries. Lastly, their fries have been stale and it’s clear that they’re not fresh. Never going to this location ever again. It would be okay if they were busy but the place was empty and half of the workers were just standing around talking or on their phones.
We had a great experience tonight. From the service to the food. We were seated right away which was a delightful surprise in a Friday night. Multiple staff members kept the drinks flowing. The food was cooked and flavored perfectly. My favorite part will always be that I can order extra broccoli. Features: Cleans surfaces between guests
