McDonald's

This franchise/corporate is refusing to give people purchase receipts. This is not a one day incident. Ordered through drive-through. She indicated they can no longer provide purchase receipts. They do not receive receipt paper anymore. In a separate conversation, the manager said the printer has been broken a while. I was told this last week as well. They have stopped disclosing your order on the order board outside too. You will have no way of knowing what amount MacDonalds has put on your credit card. I asked the manager if this was legal, the manager said, he was very nice though, that apparently it is. The manager has no power over that of course. This was a corporate decision. Since it is legal I guess, MacDonalds needs/should publicly disclose they are no longer providing purchase receipts or on-screen order verifications.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Three times now they have forgotten food. I used to work at this location, sometimes two of us at a time. We were never this careless. They continually forget sandwiches in my order. Last time I was served old, burnt fries. This location needs to shut down because it's clear they are unable to handle this.

Worst McDonald’s ever, I ordered some food last night everything was reheated and tasted like it was made yesterday, will never go back to this location, and on top of that they forgot to give us the sauce. Disgusting we had to throw all the food away, good luck getting a refund.
