Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

****EDIT**** I DID GET SICK AFTER EATING HERE. WHICH MEANS I WAS EITHER SERVED GLUTEN OR MY FOOD WASN'T PROPERLY HANDLED IN THE KITCHEN. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES. THE STAFF HERE DOES NOT CARE. I am giving two stars because my food tasted good, and the server girl was kind even though she was unknowledgeable. I have celiac, so it is very important for me to be served gluten free food. This girl had no clue what the gluten free options on the menu were, nor was she confident that the online menu was correct. it is quite literally her JOB TO KNOW. Also we received no napkins, and my veggie burger had paper melted into the center of it. I think it's clear management isn't doing enough here. It's a liability to have servers who aren't knowledgeable about allergens in the food they are serving. Unacceptable.

Wow... this place gets worse and worse. Do NOT order "to go"... it will get screwed up every single time. I threw away my food after eating half of it and regret that I ate so much. The burger was a hockey puck (severally over cooked, even IF I ordered it well done, which i didn't). I've had 4 bad experiences in a row at this location and each time I go back, I kick myself for going. I'm done with this place and will drive further to go to another location when I want Red Robin in the future.

Horrible service up front. Gave out number for them to txt when our table was ready. Never texted then lied on top of it after 10min wait turned to 20+ min wait. My son received a chipped sharp glass. Forgot to bring the appetizers we ordered and napkins but at least she apologized. Food was fresh and no complaints there. Would've been 5 stars but the service was lacking..
