QDOBA Mexican Eats

This is a COVID related issue, so your priorities may be different. I was served by a kind woman in her 60s wearing a mask, as county mandates require. The manager and every other staff member I saw was not wearing a mask. When I asked to have my order cashed out by a person in a mask the manager made the same woman ring me up while customers waited. The inference was that he'd rather make her do his job than protect her health or mine. The burrito was fine but we're in the midst of a surge of the virus and this was unfair to the employee and people who are trying to be safe. Also they got rid of the machine that lets you make a custom drink which was really the only reason to eat here and not Chipotle.

Food is always fresh and the employees are friendly!

I’ve never been to Qdoba. We went to Chipotle first and they had their usual bad attitudes. We decided we don’t deserve to be treated that way. Especially when Chipotle’s food isn’t worth it. Went to Qdoba instead, and am extremely pleased!! It was about 20mins to closing, and they were sooo friendly. The food was much better than Chipotle! I will only be going to Qdoba from now on. Please keep up the great work, it’s hard to find friendly service these days.
