Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Stopped in for lunch and ordered the Simply Grilled Chicken Sandwich with a side salad. The staff was super friendly and attentive which deserves a five star. The food left so much to be desired. First off. The salad had frozen pieces of fruit which would be nice if I had ordered a frozen salad. The grilled piece of chicken was literally 2/3rds the size of the bun and a bit rubbery when you hit into it. I have to say it was a huge let down from the picture on the menu. If you desire a quality meal at an above average price point, pick somewhere else. If however you just want a quick beer and a basket of fries or chicken strips to chill at the bar then expect that might be the way to go.

I went in and I actually waited at the front entrance for 5 minute's and as I was walking in I got greeted by an employee and from there she asked me where I would like to sit, and I chose to sit in the bar seating area at a table. Then the waitress came and gave me the menu and then it took like another 10 minutes before I saw her again, then I placed the order and got a drink. The drink was pretty much watered down.. I mean way down! The lady that was making the drinks was all on her phone texting and not once washed her hands while she was making drink's. I saw this after my drink was brought to me. Then I noticed that the table was dirty so I asked them could it be cleaned. The food was cold and the fries we're like they were recooked. It was like 5 customers in the Bar dining room area. There was no staff on this side at all. And then I was ready to leave and it took like 25-30 minute's before I had to go and look for a staff member and say I would like my check! It was a HORRIBLE

Was starving for a burger. Had not been to Red Robin in many years. Will probably never be back. This was easily one of the worst cheeseburgers I have ever had. The burger was dry old and tasteless, horrible! Worst part is, this place couldn’t even get a simple chocolate chip cookie right! The chocolate chip cookies were ice cold like they had been taken out of a fridge and thrown into a takeout box. Disgusting! ????
