I has a party of 17. We waited over an hour before the management realized no one had been by to offer water, menus etc. We received 4 free appetizers which worked out to 1 piece per person total so we ordered more of our own. The chefs were very entertaining ...especially Joe. Our bill was over $1000 plus all of the drinks we had.
I’m so disappointed y’all. I came and sat at the bar for a good 20 min and the bartender did not even acknowledge me when it was slow. I was the only person at the bar. I just wants a quick drink when charging my car but I cannot deal with the poor service here. To be honest Benihanas is not my favorite but my experience today made it not even an option anymore.
5 of us went to celebrate a 14th birthday ????. We had a fabulous time the chef was fun. Food was excellent. It wasn't the best restaurant to open presents. Not enough room at the tables. So we brought them home ????
