It's my favorite burger place. Not too expensive considering most of the sides and non-alcoholic drinks are bottomless. It has a nice pub/diner aesthetic with not too long of a wait and every server I've had was nice and helpful. … More
For the first time the food was a letdown. RR usually has good food, but even the wife and kids were let down. Customer service was top notch, as usual for a RR, and the atmosphere was good. We will try this location again to see if it was just a fluke in the future.
I am only rating this a 1 star because the overall presentation of the restaurant floors are NASTY. The bathrooms are NASTY. Please please PLEASE mop your floors. Replace your burnt out leds in the Red Robin sign, take better care of the facility. Having my shoes stick to the floor grosses me out. Other than the presentation of the restaurant, everything else was good.
