Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

The hostess was friendly as was all the other coworkers. I sat at the bar and njoyed a burger fries side salad and cream soda(raspberry sprite wit whipped cream on top yummm). The waitress was very helpful and she suggested the cream soda and it was a good choice. The fries were so good but the burger was juicy and full of flavor. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. The bathrooms were very clean. Kid-friendliness: They have statues of a burger and a milkshake made of legs and foot rests tht look like burgers. Parking: It is near the mall so it has lots of parking

We had a large party, and called ahead to see if they would be able to handle a party our size. They said they could but could not take a reservation over the phone. When we arrived we were told there was a 30 minute wait even though there were plenty of empty tables in the restaurant. Shortly after our arrival another party about the same size as ours arrived and was seated immediately.

Would like to mention specifically how impressed we were with our server, Alex. He was welcoming, attentive, and provided excellent service at the table as well as the time he was called to make a drink at the bar (mine). I think he could have been asked in a more professional manner when the Manager (?) asked him to go there. He had a genuine smile that made us feel really welcomed. We like the food and look forward to our next visit ~ we will definitely ask for Alex the next time and every time.
