Buffalo Wild Wings

Honestly this place has went down hill. We’ve come a few times (due to gift cards) and the service is very slow. No one greeted us at the front or anywhere. We sat at the bar probably 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. Beer pours were awful (tons of foam) and the food was lukewarm. We didn’t say anything about the temp of the food as we had waited a long time. The place was mostly empty too. Staff had part of the front doors locked, only one door unlocked to come inside. We used to love coming here. Now, it’s consistently slow service, high prices, and poor food quality. ????

This evening I decided to take my kids out to dinner @ BWW because they ask me every day to go. We got there to a wait that moved pretty quickly then ordered immediately after being seated. We waited patiently for our food which we learned had never been placed/ prepared. It is extremely frustrating because our time was completely wasted.

Went to this location and must say I am not a fan and will never come back. When I arrived and met with the other people I was eating with, I was approached by a worker who said I had to sit outside because of my service dogs. He didn't even bother to ask, just said, "you have to sit on the patio." I informed him they are my service dogs and he got an attitude with me when I informed him they were such and he couldn't discriminate against me for having them. When the waiter came to take our drink order, my drink then came with stuff floating in it. Thankfully the waiter was nice and got a new drink for me. The food was ok. They said they were out of flavors yet the wings my friends ordered came in the flavor they said they were out of. My boneless wings weren't "fresh" and were very dry even with the little sauce they had on them. The music was definitely turned up after I had sat down because I went from being able to hear my friends to having to rely on my service dog to alert me tha
