Red Lobster

My husband and I absolutely love the Vestavia Hills Red Lobster. The service is always second to none. The servers are always kind, courteous, and make sure to refill out drink glasses without our asking. The bathrooms are always clean and well kept. The food is always exceptional. They truly provide service with a smile! We will definitely be back!

Professional wait staff, clean environment, good sanitation practices, comfortable environment. The food portions were ok but the Caesar salad didn't quite have enough lettuce compared to the amount of cheese in the bowl. Also, the shrimp on the New Orleans Salmon were salad shrimp and not large/medium shrimp as seen on the picture of the menu. It was obvious that I only had one tablespoon of rice but it was good enough. Everything was tasty but the portions were skimpy. Nevertheless, our waitress made everything worthwhile because she was excellent and gave us great service with a smile.

Food and service was excellent on Valentines evening. Food came out hot, on time and cooked to perfection. Server made sure our meal and visit was as perfect as it could be. Very pleased with this location and is now our preferred location to visit. Location exceeded expectations.
