Went here last night 10/19/23. Got Barney for our server in the bar. This was by far the worst experience ever at a Red lobster. 3 of us ordered the Endless Shrimp, 2 waters and a sweet tea. I added on a lobster tail. 15 minutes go by and we still don't even have the drinks. The bar section wasn't even half seated and we didn't really get a sincere apology for him forgetting the drinks, it felt very fake. The first round of food arrives and my lobster tail was so over cooked you had to hack at it with a knife. The first round of shrimp was great! Then we had to try and flag someone down to get the lobster tail replaced. Another server came by and said they would check on it. By this time it was over an hour later and still no new tail. The drinks went empty for over 20 minutes with no refills without getting up and going to find Barney at the bar which shouldn't have happened. Then we get the bill and they double charged for the lobster tail, so he had to go find a manager after runnin
Went for lunch with brother and sister in-law. My wife and I had the seafood stuffed mushroom and the lobster pizza. It came to the table hot, hot. Both were very good. Brother in law got the steak and Lobster. Steak was cooked to order. Sister in law got the all you can eat shrimp. Server was on point. Drinks fast, follow up was good. Checked on our refills and more biscuits. Would have given 5 stars, but for lunch , prices were like we were out for dinner. Wish they had a little lowered priced lunch menu.
My server, Angel was very kind, friendly and helpful. I haven't been to a Red Lobster in years and this was a great experience. Based on this experience I will be back. The Surf and Turf was quite tasty and will prepared
