Red Lobster

Five of us went to a birthday dinner. We were very disappointed with our waitress. Especially when she brought a Margarita to the table dripping all over with the salt washed off. She was asked to bring a new one. She brought the next one the same way and snapped, "This is the best I can do", without apology. When it came time to pay the bill she was showing us how to do it on a computer at the table. However,she overheard a comment about the tipping policy, left and never came back. She sent the cashier to give us our bill, which was mixed up as well. I hope you get one of the helpful, courteous waitresses if you go.

We went to Red Lobster in Golden Valley last night for a birthday. The restaurant was clean and looked nice and the food and drinks were delicious. Our server (Marraya G!) was super friendly and attentive and created a really great evening.

I don't typically leave reviews, but I didn't have the most pleasant evening. Got to the restaurant ordered drinks. The server I had spilled the entire glass of ice water that was on the table onto my lap. My clothes were wet. She said sorry twice, then gave me napkins. The server didn't take our food order for almost an hour after we had been there, so I was wet the whole time and food took a while to get to us. I know it was an accident, but It would have been nice to be offered a coupon or something for getting ice water spilled on me, or at least have a manager come over and apologize, but that didn't happen. I didn't yell or make a scene, but it did make me upset. Probably wouldn't come back to this location with this experience.
