Chipotle Mexican Grill

My go to pickup location for chipotle cravings since it’s so close to my home. They are so quick with the order and it’s always put together really well. The staff is working hard each time I’ve been there and getting orders done fast, even through the rush hours. Thank you folks!!

I go out of my way to this Chipotle location because the location closest to me is horrible. This location seems to be a little cleaner. They always have forks and napkins. And the tables are always clean. However I rated it low because the last two times I was there the people working the line don't talk. I get a dumb look from the first worker by the press. They don't say anything, just stare at me. So I ask for a bowl. Then they just stand there and wait for me to tell them what to put in it. Then the bowl gets handed to the next person. Another dumb stare. Doesn't say a thing. So I guess this is where I tell them what else to put in my bowl. Then I get to the register. They ring me up. And they don't say a thing either. What do I owe you? I don't know because you won't even just say a number. Just look at me like a fool. So I stick my card in the machine, and pay. They slide the bag to me, say nothing. Its been a while the online orders have been lacking. Please start putting the same care and effort into online orders as you would put into an order placed infront of you. They are always super skimpy and messy especially when not placed in person. Chipotle used to be amazing now its twice the price and half as good. I grew up with chipotle. It would be nice to see this company adapt and be once again what it used to be. Also please make it so i can scan and pay from my app also. Please put lemons limes and condiments back at ur bar
