Red Lobster

All I can say food was okay service was horrible took about 25 minutes to get drinks from the bar they weren't busy at all. Waitress never brought us our salads to start our meal, waitress never checked on the table after we got food , waitress never offered to refill drinks, waitress brought check in the middle of our meal not even close to being finished never offered dessert after received the check halfway through our meal. We never saw our waitress again after seeing the check. After complaining about the long time to receive our drinks and no salad to start our meal with never saw the manager. All in all food was good service horrible management horrible we witnessed multiple other tables complaining about not receiving food and those tables never saw management either.

When I walked in nobody said anything. They didn't even ask how many in my party. They just started walking and expected me to follow them. They were out of biscuits when we sat down. It took 20 minutes to get our biscuits. When they got there they were burnt. We only got the hard parts of the lettuce when we got our salads. After 40 mins I asked if we could get some biscuits that weren't burnt. Our server said that they were all like that. She didn't even say sorry once. We never got more biscuits. Never going to visit this location again.

A 2 star restaurant at 4 star prices. We had a $40 gift card to use, would have had a better experience using the gift card as fuel for a fire. Not understaffed (at least front of the house) but service was poor at best. Food was fine. The guys escorting people to the table and keeping the place clean are great.
