BD's Mongolian Grill

I thought it was good but it did not blow my mind. The service was good, and I thought the prices were Fair.

Service was 5* easily. The waitress - Faith- was energetic, happy, and super fun. Kept glasses filled and pretty much kept ahead of our needs. Occasionally missed an item we asked for, but we were a party of 13 people. I'm impressed she remembered all the drink orders and many people had water and something else! The bar where you build your bowl was exceptionally dirty when we arrived. Sauces were spilled all over the counter and several sauce cups were dirty inside even though they were on the clean stack. Food was a little low, but they were actively filling them so nothing wrong with that. * This time the counter was relatively clean (a raw egg was in a tub of sauce, sauces were dribbled all over, some food bins were low, but not too low). The grill was rough. A lot of food came back burned and yet also with cold spots (one still frozen potato slice and the other items on the plate were burned, like it had never been stirred or tossed or anything). Absolutely horrible service. First off, there were no straws brought with our drinks. We were never asked if we wanted salad plates so we had to flag her down for that. The salad bar was not stocked at all.Then, we had to ask for our rice and tortillas that we told her to that we wanted when she brought our bowls to us. Then she was supposed to bring a serving spoon for the rice, never did. We just ended up using our forks. She walked past us multiple times to check up on her larger party. Not once did she check on us. Our drink refills weren’t even brought till the end of our meal. Despite this being one of my more favorite restaurants, we will not return to this location.
