Red Lobster

Food was okay. Service was slow, waitress was pleasant but seemed very absent minded. They gave my daughter's kid's meal, insisting ir was correct meal just missing a skewer of shrimp to my 20 year old nephew then gave his meal to my daughter. Both had pretty much ordered the same thing save size of meal. The bill they tried to charge me for the adult meal and had charged my nephew for am adult meal also. They also billed me $3.19 per drink for my kids drinks which are included in the kid's meal. They did in the end fix the bill for us. Been to other Red Lobsters where the food and service are far better than this one.

Haven't been there in years but a specific dish was suggested to me. It costs $19.99 but I'm sure I won't pay that again for that particular meal. The meal was "just ok." I did like the pina colada sauce for the coconut shrimp but just didn't care too much for the shrimp.

Great customer service. The food was on point. Crabs were a little warm not hot so it lost a star. Everything else was a hit. Our waiter Julius did a wonderful job making sure everything was up par especially my grandmother's drink. Lobster tails were so juicy. The buttery biscuits was everything.
