My daughter and I had lunch there during a bad storm outside. We dined at the Red Lobster on Watson Rd in Crestwood. The ambience was nice and the food was fresh. I will be dinning there again. The waitress was nice and came by often asking if we needed anything. I am Red Lobster fan!!!!! Kid-friendliness: Red Lobster offers kids meals. Wheelchair accessibility: I think it is wheel ???? chair accessable.
Attended for a Veteran's Day Special. Although served the "Walt's Special Shrimp" for free which was listed as $15, I would have been very disappointed to pay that much for what I was served: 6 small shrimp, small serving of irregular fries, and a cup of THICK coleslaw that was unappetizing. As a veteran, I did not feel special for what I was served. I did order an ice tea that cost almost $4 with tax. I won't be back as a full pay diner. Overall disappointing. USAF veteran
This is my go to location but this time I was annoyed because our food was cold when it came out and I spoke to the mgr abt it all she offered was an apology. No replacement, no discount, no dessert, nothing. The waitress that we had was excellent and tried very hard to please us and DID! I reached out to corporate though, just waiting for a response. Parking: Ample amount of parking
