First time here since they re-opened. Went through drive thru, one of the girls working it was completely rude & had major attitude b/c I accidentally pulled to the 2nd stop instead of the first stop in the drive thru!! And then basically slammed the window. Wth? Is going on with customer service these days?? This alone will keep me from coming back now! I use to go to the old one several times a week. Done.
This franchise really should lose the franchise. Understaffed, worker rather flirt with girls outside the closed lobby, can’t fulfill orders. Why build a new building if food can’t be purchased because no one can get served?
Ordered one double cheese burger no onion and a medium fry with a medium drink. Got the drink, no fries and there is onions on my burger.
