From the reviews, I thought it was going to be better. The only thing that was fresh was the fries. The topping on the nachos were all cold and it was not good at all. The employees could have also been a little nicer.
A very good pulled pork sandwich, the beans were decent. I enjoyed the sweet pickles with a spicy hot after tast. The corn bread was...I wouldn't order it next time I go there.
Had the brisket sandwich and a side of creamed spinach. The brisket was fresh, sliced right in front of me, had a good taste. The creamed spinach was good no complaints. The bun however was a bit dry, should have just ate the meat. The sauces were good, no complaints. The place reminds me of when I lived in Texas kind of, maybe like Rudy's BBQ a bit. A little pricey for bbq but hey your in Oak Brook Illinois.
