It was good food and portion was very generous. They have friendly staff as well.
I ordered food for delivery and it never came. I got an email saying that my order was cancelled with no explanation as to why and that I would be refunded in 10 business days. I tried calling the store but no one picked up the phone. There was no option to even talk to an actual person. I am so upset, this is totally unacceptable!
This chipotle really struggles with the lunch rush, especially on take-out orders. They are consistently 15 - 30 min after the time they give you. If they know they are going to be behind every day, they should update the time given to you to reflect that, or they should assign more than one poor guy to handle the take-out orders.
