I have never complained about a ANY restaurant before but this is really bad. I ordered 2 beef taco and took 2 bites and then all of a sudden the smell was horrific, this was NOT beef. It was so bad I can't even tell you what kind of animal if it even was animal. I immediately went to the bathroom. I called them and asked for a manager of course the manager is on vacation for a week, then the girl, who was sweet ill give her that, except she tried to tell me, I didn't order from there, umm yes I did, I even have the address on the receipt. I will never order from here again. Rest assured I'll be calling health services in the morning as today is Sunday.
Good food for the price usually. If you ask for anything extra on your burrito, don't expect it though. Tested them out by asking for sour cream a few times, and they charge, but forget to put it on every single time.
The best California burrito that I’ve had from Rancheritos was at this location tonight. I’m not sure who was on cook line but it was perfect. The potato’s and meat were moist, the onions were perfectly grilled, the Jamaica was the perfect amount of sweetness. Honestly so delicious tonight and I wanted to give the crew props.
