My first time eating at this Restaurant chain. Yummmmmy! Our food was served looking like it belonged in a magazine ad. They should be proud of themselves as most fast food places don’t put any efforts into the appearance of the food they serve. The store was nice and clean, and staff were friendly. I’ve been to a lot of Beto’s/Rancherito’s type places and this one was particularly impressive. The prices were quite reasonable and the burrito was large. We really enjoyed the burrito and plan to make this our default rancheritos location
Absolutely terrible service. Was in line at 12:50, didn’t reach the window until 1:20 and was told they couldn’t serve us because the “maintenance” guy showed up. If that was the case they could have told us BEFORE TAKING OUT ORDER, we sat in line for no reason. Guy at the window cussed us out too when we weren’t happy about the situation. Won’t be coming back to this location. Obviously they don’t get paid enough to care about the customer
