It's been 3 years since I had in-n-out and I'm glad I chose this one. Amazing service, prompt and courteous, incredibly polite and welcoming. Food was fantastic, fresh everything cooked to order. Only 4 stars on location because I hate being in Utah, otherwise clean and well maintained.
This place is fantastic! The restaurant was clean, and the staff really went above and beyond! Being from NC, there is not an In and Out Burger anywhere around. After landing in Utah, this was our first stop. I did not know you could not order melted cheese for your fries, after your order had been placed. I did try to order some after we had our order and the sweet young lady told me they could only do it before you received your order, so she and a nice young man went above and beyond and melted a slice of cheese for me at no cost! Wow!! The views are amazing while you eat. Our food came out fresh and hot! Our order was correct! You get huge helping of fries so if you do not eat a lot of fries, you can share. Please put an In and Out burger in NC!!! Definitely try this place!
I came here at Draper, UT location on Oct19th,2022 around 8.30 pm. The food is great. Service is good. Besides, the employee, the lady who works in the kitchen. She is yelling, giggling, talking, screaming SUPER LOUD. I have been for a whole 30 mins. I could only hear her voice and the other man ALL THE TIME!!!!! And this annoyed customers who are in dining room so much. Please respect others we all want to come have a great time, not listening to your inappropriate behaviors from the kitchen. Be professional! And I hope that the management brings this issue out to these guys. Thank you
