Ramen Tatsunoya

Came in for ramen with classmates after a Museum trip. I got the Jun Tonkotsu and it was delicious! The broth is so flavorful and rich and the pork so tender and fatty. Loved the mushrooms in it; I recommend you sprinkle a good bit of sesame seeds in it and a little vinegar, makes the broth even more yummy. The service was excellent! The staff were very nice and made sure we were all set. Definitely one of the best ramen bowls I've had, I cleared the entire thing. ✨ Coming back for sure!

The menu is simple. I got the spicy miso extra chasu. The ramen was good and the spicy sauce was not too spicy. The soup was very fatty. There were so many big chunks of fat floating in the soup I had to fish some out (-1 star). The chasu was also very fatty, one of the piece I received was 90% fat (-1 star).

no doubts for their kotku tonkotsu broth and grilled gyoza. I wish they have more toppings on the ramen. That's why I think their price is not that affordable. also, I think their service is mediocre. but this is my go-to place for sure.
